Mr. Penner-

You actually had THREE accounts registered in our system….but one was from CA and the request had been deleted from our system because of how old it was and just your customer account information remained.

I understand that perhaps you track your requests by number and it is easier for you to create a new identity for each request….but that does not work in our system.

You could still reference your request number – but I went in and established you as a regular customer – without reference to your request number (at least in the customer section). It is still included in the body of your request.

So currently you are Bradley Penner with the email: requests@muckrock.com<mailto:requests@muckrock.com> for your request.
Originally, both requests were open – but duplicative.
I have merged the two requests into one open request (76117 into 76115).

Can you provide me with an email address that will always be a constant for you?
I can then change your email from what it currently is to your standard email.

For now, I sent you a password now for the email referenced above.

You should be able to log in and see your request.

Also, on 7/12/19 the Police Records Bureau has requested a photocopy of your ID be uploaded so they can get to work on it for you.

You should have received an email regarding this notice.

I hope this clears things up.
Please feel free to call if you continue to have difficulties.
Best,
