Pursuant to Utah’s Government Records Access and Management Act (“GRAMA”), I hereby request the following records:

Any and all documents related to SLCPD Detective Jeff Payne, including service history and comments from the public.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
