Record Requested: To Whom It May Concern: Pursuant to Utah’s Government Records Access and Management Act (“GRAMA”), I hereby request the following records: 1) The names of agencies and organizations with which the Agency shares ALPR data; 2) The names of agencies and organizations from which the Agency receives ALPR data; 3) The names of agencies and organizations with which the Agency shares “hot list” information; 4) The names of agencies and organizations from which the Agency receives “hot list” information; This information is easily available within the Agency’s LEARN system. The simplest way to extract this data is to generate an “Agency Data Sharing Report” PDF file from within LEARN. To do this, a user may simply go to the “Sharing” section of LEARN and select “Output Report.” A CSV/XLS file containing these records would also satisfy this request. SLCPD has received and reviewed your request.  SLCPD does not have any documents responsive to your request.  SLCPD does not use the LEARN system or any other Vigilant products.  As for the ALPR data, that data is collected and maintained by the State of Utah Tax Commission.  Any data that is uploaded is controlled and maintained by that agency and we do not have the access to obtain any of the data.  As for "hot lists", that information is compiled and maintained by the Utah Department of Public Safety.  We are unable to access any raw data from that agency.
