This office prosecutes felony offenses. We cannot tell you whether Mr. Collins was arrested during that time period, and we cannot provide you with court records. I can tell you that we have no records to provide. This office did not prosecute any case against Mr. Collins during 2003-2010, and we did not receive any case regarding Mr. Collins for prosecution consideration during that time period.
