Operation Plan for 'If We Don't Get It Rally' (Minnesota State Patrol)

Any Operations Plan, ‘ops plan’ or ‘OPS plan’ document created in regards to the 'If We Don't Get It Rally' and protest events on September 6, 2016.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I am looking into different departments responses to a protest that happened in St. Paul on September 6, 2016. I sent a request to the Minnesota State Patrol in the off chance that they have records of communications regarding the protest title 'If We Don't Get It Rally'.

Requests were sent to and granted by other departments such as the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department and the St. Paul Police. If there are no records found in your side of the system, then I appreciate you all checking and also appreciate you getting back to me with requesting further specifics.
