FOIA - MN State Patrol - Processing notes for FOIA request pertaining to George Floyd comms

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:

All processing notes for the May 27th, 2020 FOIA submitted by J. Ader (see https://www.muckrock.com/foi/saint-paul-164/foia-mn-state-patrol-documents-pertaining-to-the-murder-of-george-floyd-93844/ ).

"Processing notes" include any emails or other form of written communication (regardless of format or medium used) from/to FOIA Officer Gordon Shank referencing my request, to/from any other Minnesota State Patrol employee.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
