This is in response to your California Public Records Act (CPRA) request that you emailed to our office on February 15, 2018, regarding Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) data. Your individual requests are addressed below. Because you have not defined it otherwise, we have assumed that “the Agency” refers to the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office.

The names of agencies and organizations with which the Agency shares Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) data.
The names of agencies and organizations with which the Agency shares “hot list” information.
The aggregate number of “detections” (i.e. license plate scans and associated data) collected during 2016.
The aggregate number of detections collected during 2017.
The aggregate number of “hits” (i.e. times that a plate on a hotlist was detected) during 2016.
The aggregate number of “hits” during 2017.
After following the directions on extracting data from the LEARN system as you suggested, we have no data responsive to the above requests.
