Should you choose to reject this request or redact portions of it, I ask that you provide a detailed breakdown of the statutory exemptions and associated case law underlying your decision to withhold each/any portions from public review.

The list/database should include, where possible, the date, time, location (address or latitude+longitude coordinates), single or multiple shot distinction, whether the shots were confirmed, and associated case number for each alert..
The Sacramento Police Department has collected all documents that appear to be responsive to your request. The documents have been uploaded to the portal. You can log into the system at Sacramento Public Records Center.
Please note that the records provided do not include records or portions of records that are exempt from disclosure pursuant to Government Code Section 6254 or other applicable law.  The City asserts to release all of the data requested, in particular the exact address or coordinate data maintained within our records management and computer aided dispatch systems for the specified calls for service, would reveal the location of ShotSpotter Sensors within the City. A release of this information would compromise the effectiveness of the program itself and jeopardize the safety of both public and private property and persons that participate in the program or with ShotSpotter.
Without limiting other arguments against disclosure that may exist, the following records or portions of records were specifically exempted from disclosure: Police incident reports and other investigatory records (Government Code Section(s) 6254(f)) Records in which the public interest in maintaining confidentiality outweighs the public interest in disclosing (Government Code Section(s) 6255) Records or information, the disclosure of which is exempted or prohibited pursuant to federal or state law (Cal.
