Pursuant to North Carolina Public Records Law (G.S. ยงยง 132-1 through 132-10), I hereby request the following documents:
A list of all public records requests regarding Facebook's Rutherford datacenter, including the name of the requestor, summary of request, date of request issuance and closure, and information about if/how they were completed ("rejected", "completed", "no responsive records", "pending Facebook response", etc). If such a list does not exist, I request instead a full copy of each such request and its response.
According to a recent Bloomberg article titled "Facebook Won't Hire You For Its Data Center" [1], the county has agreed to inform Facebook of any public-records requests about their datacenter and give them three days to respond. I am interested in those requests, in particular.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
