Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all records pertinent to the recent public intoxication arrest, and the investigation of said arrest, that was the subject of a viral online video, referenced in the below-linked department press release.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
