Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

All documentation regarding the Community Camera Network.

A City of Rockford webpage (https://rockfordil.gov/city-departments/police/community-camera-network/ ) describes the program: "The Community Camera Network is a program that invites residents and business owners who own private security cameras to voluntarily register them with the Rockford Police Department."

It goes on to explain: "After registering, your home or business will be placed on a map that only the Rockford Police Department can access. Your information would only be used if there is a criminal incident in the vicinity of your camera. Information given to us is for official use only and remains confidential. "

Thus, I am requesting all internal agency documentation regarding the aforementioned program, including the following:

- Any data-diagrams detailing the logistics, retention, or any other aspect of data from cameras within this program.

- Any tables, graphs, analytics visuals, spreadsheets, or other documentation highlighting the amount of usage and/or applicants to the program.

- Any documentation pertaining to the sharing of access to any of this program's data with other agencies- not solely footage or camera details, but also the map of camera's itself.

- Any manuals, brochures, guides, or other documentation pertaining to the map and its underlying software used by the department to document the position of cameras in the scope of this program.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
