From: Alexander Jordan
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all records pertaining to any action the Rochester Police Department may have taken on April 8th, 2019, at any building on the campus of the University of Rochester's River Campus. This request includes, but is not limited to, incident reports, emails, phone call records resulting in or related to a dispatch to River Campus, and any records pertaining to training activities.
In addition to the above, as long as such records exist and can be reasonably found, I am requesting any records of phone calls, of any nature, originating from the University of Rochester Department of Public Safety on the specified date. Please inform me if there is no way to search call records for calls originating from Public Safety. Thank you very much for your time.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Alexander Jordan
