Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any text messages, emails, letters, or any other records of written or digital communications between any employee of your agency and any representative of Global Security, sent or received between April 5, 2018 and the date on which this request is processed.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I have no communications between myself and Global security during the period of April 5th to present. My agency is secondary Law Enforcement and as such we are not the primary point of contact regarding the pipeline project.
