Additionally, if possible, please answer the following four questions:
a. What is the name of the procurement software you use (or the name of the software you use to create and publish RFI, RFQ, RFP)?
b. What is the annual cost for this software?
c. When did the most recent contract with the software provider begin?
d. Do you use your ERP system to manage the process of RFI, RFQ, RFP?

This email is in response to the above-referenced records request received by the County of Riverside, Purchasing and Fleet Services Department on June 22, 2020.

The information you requested is for the following as it relates to the County's procurement software for bid processes:

Response:
The county began development and implementation of the Jaggaer e-Procurement platform in October 2017 and implementation for all county departments is currently ongoing. Once fully implemented, the county will utilize Jaggaer's Supplier Manager, Sourcing Director, Contract Manager, Spend Director, and Accounts Payable modules. The county is currently transitioning to the Jaggaer Sourcing module from Public Purchase; both systems are being utilized during this transition.

Jaggaer - Please see cost breakdown in the attached Form-11. The Jaggaer subscription includes access to the following modules: Supplier Manager, Sourcing Director, Contract Manager, Spend Director, and Accounts Payable. Cost is not broken down by module.

Public Purchase - There is no cost for this system.
c. When did the most recent contract with the software provider begin?

Jaggaer - The current agreement with Jaggaer was approved by the Board of Supervisors on October 3, 2017.

Public Purchase - The county began utilizing Public Purchase in 2009.
d. Do you use your ERP system to manage the process of RFI, RFQ, RFP?

Both Jaggaer and Public Purchase aide in the management of the county's bid processes.

This is an update to the information provided for item b. on Monday, June 24, 2020. The provided Form-11 indicated that yearly subscription costs for Jaggaer are $833,327. A module was removed and the annual subscription costs are now $775,473.
