Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Documents showing the cumulative number of positive COVID-19 cases among students and staff at each RUSD school site, facility and department, from Jan. 3, 2022 through March 18, 2022.
Such documents may include, but may not be limited to: spreadsheets, databases, charts, tables, infographics, slide decks, reports, emails and other records, electronic or otherwise.
(Please note: RUSD has already fulfilled my earlier request for positive cases from Aug. 9 through Sept. 17, 2021. However, a separate request for positive cases from Sept. 18 through Jan. 7 remains unfulfilled after nearly six months since it was submitted: https://www.muckrock.com/foi/riverside-395/public-records-request-positive-covid-cases-from-sept-18-onward-119931/)
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
