To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Rhode Island Access to Public Records Act ("APRA"), I hereby request the following records:

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Shawn Musgrave

attached).  I am writing to clarify your request.  From what I
can read, you requested "the police log for the past week (7
days)."  Please elaborate as to the type of log or
record you are requesting so that I can address your
request.
Thank you for your
assistance.

Sincerely,

Chief,

Apologies for the illegible fax. I am looking for the dispatch log over the indicated time period. Does this clarify adequately?

If not, I'd be happy to give you a call.

Thank you!

explanation necessary.  Your request will be processed and answered
promptly within ten (10) business days from yesterday (and perhaps
sooner).
