Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of any public engagement or outreach plan, or procedures, followed by RRHA regarding public comments periods or meetings.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) acknowledges receipt of your FOIA request, dated July 15, 2019 received on July 15, 2019.
Upon further review a response will be provided to you within 5 business days of your initial request date. Day 1 is considered the day after your request is received. The five-day period does not include weekends or holidays.
If it is not practically possible to identify, locate, or provide the records you requested within 5 business days, RRHA may require an additional 7 days to respond to your request pursuant to Va. Code § 2.2-3704(B)(4).
All requests received by RRHA are handled pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, Va. Code § 2.2-3700.

RRHA observes all procedures made applicable to Virginia public housing agencies by the Virginia Code, the Code of Federal Regulations, the United States Code, and other governing law.
