Pete Weber Correspondance and Contracts

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

* All email correspondence between Peter Weber and any member of RPS senior leadership, including the cabinet and superintendent between February 1, 2018 and August 6, 2018.
* Any contracts with Peter Weber for services rendered for Richmond Public Schools, funded by the school district or the Richmond Public Schools Education Foundation.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Mrs. Wilson,

Thank you for your followup regarding my FOIA request for correspondence and contracts with Peter Weber. I see you have requested Mr. Weber's email address. Unfortunately I have no means of knowing what email he has used to communicate with RPS staff.

Your followup included a total estimated charge of $479.24 for these documents, with a deposit due of $239.62 (see attached). I would like to accept these charges and proceed with this request. Please let me know how I can best pay the deposit.
