Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

“Concord Eastridge - Projection No. 25-A Values.xlsx” spreadsheet and any other associated sheets referenced in the "Capitol City Opportunity Plan" from the 10/4/2019 NH Development Project document, "Municap Projections 25A ."

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

The Office of the Mayor is not in possession of any records responsive to your request. Additionally, as far as I am aware, no other City department is in possession of records responsive to your request as I have been informed that the “Capital City Opportunity Plan Draft Projection 25-A” is a document that the City received only in pdf format from the proposed developer and was subsequently posted along with other relevant project records on the city’s Navy Hill web page: http://www.richmondgov.com/mayor/downtown.aspx . If you are seeking this information in another format, such as in Excel, then we suggest directing your request to the developer.

For any future requests seeking similar documents related to the proposed project, I suggest submitting directly to the Department of Economic Development as it is the most likely department to possess responsive records. FOIA requests to DED should be directed to DED’s FOIA Officer, George Bolos (George.bolos@richmondgov.com<mailto:George.bolos@richmondgov.com>).
