Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Processing notes for July 29, 2020 FOIA request seeking FOIA requests submitted from January 1, 2020 to the current date seeking information from Councilor Kim Gray.
"Processing notes" include any emails or other form of written communication (regardless of format or medium used) from/to FOIA Officer Steve Skinner referencing my request, to any other Richmond City government employee.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

We do not have additional records per your subsequent request for processing communications referencing that request to/from other Richmond government employees as, to hopefully provide helpful understanding, I provided the attached VFOIA request/email that was sent to our office that I had received that I had that was responsive and that which the Councilmember provided per the additional attached text that they had in talking with them that they had received individually. – steve
