Good afternoon Mr. Tom Nash,

Your request has been forwarded to the FOIA department of RRHA to be addressed. Please retain this email in your records as confirmation of receipt.

Upon further review a response will be provided to you within 5 business days of your initial request date. Day 1 is considered the day after your request is received. The five-day period does not include weekends or holidays.

If it is not practically possible to identify, locate, or provide the records you requested within 5 business days, RRHA may require an additional 7 days to respond to your request pursuant to Va. Code § 2.2-3704(B)(4).

Mr. Nash,

Apologies for the delay. The staff person responsible for RRHA's "Info" email account was out of the office due to an unexpected medical issue. We are just now receiving these requests.

Please find attached a copy of the Section 18 "demolition/disposition" application pertaining to Creighton Court, along with a copy of the Board resolution authorizing our CEO to submit the same.

Please be advised that the application exists chiefly within HUD's online application portal, to which RRHA only has general user access. Because there is not a single document which comprises the application, RRHA must reconstruct the application in PDF format after retrieving the relevant records from HUD's applicant portal. For this reason, we ask that you excuse any apparent formatting errors. Minor redactions were made to protect the identities of RRHA personnel, RRHA program participants, and individual RRHA vendors.
