Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of all documents provided to Paul Goldman via his FOIA lawsuit related to the coliseum.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

This correspondence is to acknowledge receipt of your email and to inform you that the Office of the Mayor is not in possession of the documents you seek. The appropriate person to whom this request should be submitted would be Matthew Welch (Matthew.Welch@richmondgov.com<mailto:Matthew.Welch@richmondgov.com>) in the Office of Economic Development, which has custody of the records. Further, I would remind you that as of this writing, the case has not been resolved and the documents that are the subject of Mr. Goldman's litigation have not yet been provided to him.
