Records mentioning or relating to the show "Live PD" and A&E Network.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Gave you a call yesterday, but perhaps email would be best. Thanks for getting back to me and I apologize for not responding sooner. I'd like to narrow down my request to contracts, MOUs, and talking points about "Live PD" between A&E Network and the RCSD. I am also interested to know if you are able to do email searches. I can give you a call later today to answer any questions you may have and talk about this further.

That really helps narrow it down.
Email accounts must be searched individually. There are almost 1000 personnel in this department. To get every email about Live PD in RCSD records, I would have to conduct a separate search of each account for the particular words or phrases. The time to do that is billed at the hourly rate.
I did see a call from an unknown number, but to be honest, I ignored it because the calls I get from random zip codes are these spam recorded calls, so I thought it was one of those! Give me a call this afternoon at 803-497-7290. Thanks!
