To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the South Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

All documents pertaining to all/any DataWorks product(s) (http://dataworksplus.com/). Documents being requested here should include - but are not limited to - the following:

- Brochures or product/service specifications regarding DataWorks products/services
- Privacy policies regarding DataWorks products/services
- Any/all manuals regarding DataWorks products/services
- Guidelines mentioning DataWorks
- Bulletins mentioning DataWorks
- Briefings mentioning DataWorks
- Any/all digitally disseminated publications from your agency mentioning DataWorks
- All emails sent/received to/from any employee (from July 1st, 2020 to August 1st, 2020) containing the word "DataWorks"

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.
