Files including police reports, supplemental police reports, booking photos, records and evidence of seized materials, and final disposition of any incidents of the following arrests:
On December 4, 1978 the following individuals were arrested in a residence in Ocean Avenue, Jamestown.
1. Richard A Cote Jr, 22, East Transit Street, Providence, RI
2. Ellen F Steinberg, 24, New York City, NY
3. Tami A Cox, 18, New York City, NY
4. Deanna E Booher, 31, Redondo Beach, CA
5. Wilhelmus G De Ridder (DeRidder), 39, Santa Margarita Ligure, Italy
6. Maximilian R Leblovic, 35, Ocean Avenue, Jamestown, RI
7. Susan Leblovic, 31, Jamestown, RI
The following individual was arrested regarding the same charges at a later date at a state courthouse:
8. Wayne A Plummer, 31, East Hartford, Connecticut
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.
