Files on White Supremacist groups (Rhode Island State Police)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Rhode Island Access to Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of all documents, memos, communications, arrest records, permit requests and surveillance files relating to the following political groups and members of said groups:
Resist Marxism
Boston Free Speech
Patriot Prayer
Patriot Front
American Guard New Hampshire

I'd also like to request any and all of the above types of files on Joey Gibson, a member of Resist Marxism and Patriot Prayer; and Kyle Chapman, the founder of Resist Marxism, also known as "Based Stick Man."

I am also seeking information including but not limited to participation of the aforementioned groups in the Providence Freedom Rally on Oct. 6 2018.

I request that I be properly classified as a news media requester. I am an intern for MuckRock, and I am requesting this information in that editorial capacity. MuckRock is widely known for its investigative work as well as historical pieces based on public records requests.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I have received the document and will specify my search terms. I am seeking information on all the groups listed in my original request from 2015-2019. The Kyle Chapman I am requesting information on was born Nov. 2, 1975 and has served three prison sentences in 1993, 2001, and 2009. Unfortunately, I could not find Joey Gibson's exact birthdate, but based on his age he was likely born sometime around 1983/84.
