Emails mentioning 'Proud Boys' October 4, 2018-present (Rhode Island State Police)

Pursuant to the Rhode Island Access to Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any emails, text messages, reports, memos, or any other written or digital communications sent or received by any employee of your agency between October 4, 2018 and the date on which this request is processed which include the phrase "Proud Boys".

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I would like to request that fees be waived or reduced in regards to this request. These records are being requested by a member of the news media for non-commercial purposes and this high fee is unduly burdensome to the requester and the public has an interest in these records being made publicly available.
