Mr. Hoyle -

I am emailing once again to note that your office has yet to respond to this request under the APRA for records regarding payouts to OAG employees in 2013. At this point, the OAG is in clear violation of the obligation to respond to requests within 10 business days.

Please advise immediately.

Respectfully,
Shawn

Shawn:

Please clarify whether you are looking for fiscal 2013 ( July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013) or calendar 2013. I'm also want to be clear that you are looking for payments made upon termination for unused vacation time, deferred leave payments, or , in the case of retirement - payments for the eligible portion of unused sick leave.

Please clarify and we will prepare and provide that information to you.

Mr. Hoyle -

Thank you for your response. Answers to your questions below:

1) This is a request for documents/data pertaining to calendar year 2013.

2) This request comprises payments made upon termination for unused vacation time and deferred leave payments, as well as payments for the eligible portion of unused sick leave in the case of retirement.

Please let me know if I can clarify further. Also, please note that this is but one of two APRA requests that have been open with OAG for several weeks.
