Walmart theft agreement correspondence

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request that the following records be emailed to me:

(a) any and all correspondence, including text messages and emails, sent or received on May 26, 2017 by Rensselaer County Sheriff Patrick Russo pertaining to (i) a memorandum of understanding ("MOU") or "agreement regarding thefts at Walmart stores in Brunswick and East Greenbush," as Rensselaer County District Attorney Joel Abelove reportedly described it in a separate memorandum, (ii) the Albany Times Union, or (iii) Walmart.

(b) any and all records created since January 1, 2016--including incident or arrest reports--pertaining to the Walmart Supercenter at 760 Hoosick Road, Brunswick. You may redact Social Security numbers or other details that, if disclosed, would constitute unwarranted invasions of personal privacy.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
