Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
- Access to and copies of records for each arrest made by members of the University of Nevada Reno's Police Department from June 1, 2020 to June 30, 2020.
- For each arrest, please provide the following information: date; time; address; police beat; incident number; crime code; crime description; arresting officer number; offender gender; offender race; and offender age.
- Grade distributions by percent and letter grade, for every class/instructor, for the Fall semester of 2019, and Spring semester of 2020
- Any agreement/contract the University has with the company/product "Degree Analytics"
- UNR's police departments use of force policy
- Any first amendment complaints made to the University in the last 3 years
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

The University responds to public records requests in accordance with the NRS.
This request was sent in on July 17 at 7:05 PM, after normal business hours, and was not received by our office until Monday, July 20. Therefore, the University has 5 days from the date of receipt to respond. In this case, the response is due back to you on or before Monday, July 27.
