UNR Police Department Body Cam Footage

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

- Officer B. Baker's body camera footage on 9/28/2019 in reference to the incident involving Edsel, Kevin Bester at approximately 1800-1900 hours. Reference case #UN19573
- Officer Green's body camera footage on 10/01/2019 at approximately 1311 hours, in reference to a destruction of property that happened in front of the Knowledge Center and his conversation with victims Cota, Mark and Rice, Kendall.
- Officer Green's body camera footage on 10/02/2019 at approximately 0940 hours, in reference to his conversation with victim Rice, Kendall
- Officer Green's body camera footage on 10/02/2019 at approximately 1427 hours, in reference to the arrest of Edsel, Kevin Bester

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
