UNR Grade Distribution and Arrest Records

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

- Grade distributions by percent and letter grade, for every class/instructor, for the last 2 years.

- Access to and copies of records for each arrest made by members of the University of Nevada Reno's Police Department from August 27, 2019 to October 15, 2019.

- For each arrest, please provide the following information: date; time; address; police beat; incident number; crime code; crime description; arresting officer number; offender gender; offender race; and offender age.

- Aggregate race information for arrests in 2018.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

I would like to follow up on my previous request. I would like to separate, "Grade distributions by percent and letter grade, for every

class/instructor, for the last 2 years" into a separate request. In other words, I would like you to handle my first request as only including:

- " Access to and copies of records for each arrest made by members of the University of Nevada Reno's Police Department from August 27, 2019 to October 15, 2019"

- "For each arrest, please provide the following information: date; time; address; police beat; incident number; crime code; crime description; arresting officer number; offender gender; offender race; and offender age"

- "Aggregate race information for arrests in 2018"

I am still requesting records pertaining to "Grade distributions by percent and letter grade, for every class/instructor, for the last 2 years". However, I would like you to

handle my inquiry into grades as a separate request.
