To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. All policy documents and manuals related to the use of ShotSpotter.
2. All purchasing, procurement, and bidding documents related to ShotSpotter.
3. All agreements or MOUs and attachments related to Shotspotter.
4. Grants and all financial documents between the Friends of Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Foundation, the University of Nevada, Reno’s Cooperative Extension program, the University of Nevada, Reno, and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department related to ShotSpotter.
5. The University of Nevada, Reno's Cooperative Extension program's annual budget including all gains, losses, funding, grants given, purchasing, and bidding documents from the years of 2015 to 2019.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
