Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all complaints and/or public comment to the City of Reno and/or the Special Events department within the city of Reno with concerns about a violation (permitting, food and beverage, health, property usage violation, or any others), that occurred from July 1st 2022 through September 30th 2022, for the following establishments:

Magpie Coffee Roasters, located at 1715 S Wells Ave, Reno, NV

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
