Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

This request has a date range of January 1st 2013 to the date this request is processed.

All policies, rules, and regulations regarding the entering of homes. This is not just a request for policies regarding when officers can enter homes, with a warrant or without, although that too is included, but this is a request for information on the regulations regarding how police can do that, what they can and cannot do.

-All complaints the Department has received in the time frame noted above from citizens who had their homes entered by officers. That is to say, this is a request for complaints regarding domicile entrance by police.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
