Chartwells Contracts and Emails

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any existing contracts between the University of Nevada, Reno and Chartwells Higher Education and/or through its parent company, Compass Group USA., Inc., from Jan. 2019 to present.

Any emails between University of Nevada, Reno employees (with email addresses ending in @nevada.unr.edu, @unr.edu, or @nshe.nevada.edu) and anyone with an email address ending with @compass-usa.com between the dates of June 31, 2019 and September 30, 2019.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
