Charlie Kirk and Turning Point USA event contract

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1) The agreement between the Charlie Kirk and/or Turning Point USA that permitted the event held at the University of Nevada, Reno In October 2019.
2) Any financial agreements pertaining to this on campus event, including but not limited to, guest speaker costs, security costs, and event space costs.
3) Security requirements for this event, and who was financially responsible for those security requirements.
4) The name of on-campus organization / club responsible for organizing the event, and the amount they paid for the speaker, if warranted.
5) If not an on-campus or campus affiliated organization, the name of the group responsible for organizing the event.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
