To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:
All communications and documents regarding the use of highly automated, or autonomous vehicles, within the District, from 1 June 2016 to the current date.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

The District has not owned, leased or rented any highly automated or autonomous vehicles within the District from June 1, 2016 to current date.

Thanks for the swift reply.
But I think I mis-worded my original request. A better way to say it would be:
"All communications and documents, from 1 June 2016 to the current date, regarding the use of highly automated, or autonomous vehicles, within the District."
So this would cover planning and forward-looking communications regarding such vehicles. Shall I resubmit?
