We are looking for all documents related to Rancho Cordova contract with Infor to purchase Infor Hansen software, including the original contract, the date, implementation and maintenance costs, total cost, contract duration, and all services rendered.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

This email acknowledges receipt of your public records request pursuant to the California Public Records Act ("the CPRA," Government Code section 6250, et seq.) that was received by the City of Rancho Cordova City Clerk’s Office on August 15, 2017 (the original email dated August 2, 2017 went to the email of an employee on vacation and not the City Clerk’s Office), for copies of the following records related to the Rancho Cordova contract with Infor to purchase Infor Hansen software, including the original contract, the date, implementation and maintenance costs, total cost, contract duration, and all services rendered.
On August 15, 2017 I emailed you indicating we hoped to have the records by the end of this week. However, the City is still in the process of gathering and searching for responsive records to the items contained in your request. The City will need the additional 14 days allowed under § 6253 to examine a large amount of separate and distinct records, and therefore is extending the time for making and notifying you of its determination for those items to August 25th, 2017. However, we will make every effort to make our determination prior to the deadline.

Under the Public Records Act (Gov. Code§§ 6250 et seq.), ("PRA") you are entitled to copies of identifiable, non-exempt public records (Gov. Code § 6253).
