To Whom It May Concern:

Mr. Bond:

Your request below was forwarded to me, and the video you requested has been retrieved. Actually, there are two video recordings, one from an interior camera and one from an exterior camera. In addition, my research into this matter indicated a 911 call that was made from the 6716 Six Forks Road location during the time the video was being recorded and a recording of that call also was retrieved.

Due to the sizes of the video and audio files, I cannot email them to you. They have been copied to a CD, and I need you to let me know if you wish to pick them up at the police headquarters building on Six Forks or if you'd prefer that I mail them.

If you plan to pick up the CD, please let me know the date you'll drop by, so I can leave the CD with the officer at the front desk for you. If you prefer that I mail it, please provide me with a mailing address.

As required by § 132-1.4, information has been redacted from the 911 call that's on the CD and its audio has been altered to disguise the caller's natural voice.

Mr. Bond:

I am under the impression that the material I left for you at the RPD's front desk completed your request. If you think there are any outstanding requested records, please let me know what you believe them to be.
