Pursuant to Alabama's Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

I request the Personnel File for the following employees of the Dekalb County School Board, with any personal identifying information (except as necessary to identify to whom the file applies), including payroll files, timesheets, absense & tardiness, disciplinary actions, W-2's, expense reimbursement, additional appropriations on behalf of (for example for conference attendance) resumes, letters of recommendation for the following :

Gregg Gibson
Shasta Dollar
This information has been made public by the Legislature of Alabama, as per Alabama Statutes Sec 16-22-14 - Personnel records of education employees. This law, is subject to the section’s article 6-d: (d) Public access. ... Public access to school personnel files is affirmed subject to the privacy rights rulings of the various federal and state courts.

If you require additional statutes supporting the release of these documents, I will be happy to provide numerous examples.
