Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, M.G.L. c.66, §10, I hereby request the following records:

(1) Any communication, electronic or written, sent or received by the following City of Quincy employees between June 1, 2012, and the present date, relating to Dennis Harrington’s role in the Quincy Center redevelopment efforts: Thomas Koch, Dennis Harrington, James Timmins, Paul Hines, Nicholas Verenis, Susan O'Connor, Jennifer Manning.

(2) Any communication, electronic or written, sent or received by the following City of Quincy employees between June 1, 2012, and the present date, relating to Street-Works, and any corporation, LLC, organization, or affiliated individual or group in which members of Street-Works were a part thereof: Thomas Koch, Dennis Harrington, James Timmins, Paul Hines, Nicholas Verenis, Susan O'Connor, Jennifer Manning.

(3) Any communication, electronic or written, sent or received by the following City of Quincy employees between June 1, 2012, and the present date, relating to the Quincy Center redevelopment project: Joseph Finn, Margaret Laforest, Brad Croall, Kevin Coughlin, Brian Palmucci, Kirsten Hughes, Brian McNamee, Michael McFarland, Douglas Gutro.

(4) Any communication, electronic or written, sent or received by Douglas Gutro, in his role as chair of the Quincy City Council's Downtown Subcommittee, relating to the role of the Planning Director for the City of Quincy, between June 1, 2012, and the present date.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as we believe this request is in the public interest, as suggested but not stipulated by the recommendations of the Massachusetts Supervisor of Public Records.

I expect the request to be filled in an accessible format, including for screen readers, which provide text-to-speech for persons unable to read print. Files that are not accessible to screen readers include, for example, .pdf image files as well as physical documents.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by email attachment if available.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
