Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

I request

1) ALL records, written, oral or verbal, transcript, audio, and video, of ALL communications and statements made by Central Middle School, Quincy, MA Principal Mr. Richard DeCristafaro, Jr. and Vice-Principal Mrs. Susan Shea Conner to any and all Quincy Public School Administrators and Quincy School Committee members including the Deputy Superintendent Mr. Kevin Mulvey, the School Superintendent Mr. Richard DiCristafaro, Sr., and the Senior Director of Student Support Services, Ms. Maura Papile, related to myself and my daughter, Sophie Nerine, in relation to the pre-scheduled informational meeting I, Ramola D/Dharmaraj, had, as a mother, concerned citizen, and writer and investigative journalist, with Central Middle School Principal Mr. Richard DiCristafaro, Jr., which was partially attended also by Vice-Principal Susan Shea Conner, on April 12, 2018; AND

2) ALL records, written, oral or verbal, transcript, audio, and video, of ALL communications and statements made by Mr. Kevin Mulvey, Deputy Superintendent, Quincy Public Schools, and Ms. Maura Papile, Senior Director of Student Support Services, as well as any other Quincy Public Schools Administrators or Quincy School Committee members, including the School Superintendent Mr. Richard DiCristafaro, Sr., to the Department of Children and Families, following on and related to the pre-scheduled informational meeting I, Ramola D/Dharmaraj, had, as a mother, concerned citizen, and writer and investigative journalist, with Central Middle School Principal Mr. Richard DiCristafaro, Jr., which was partially attended also by Vice-Principal Susan Shea Conner, on April 12, 2018.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as we believe this request is in the public interest, as suggested but not stipulated by the recommendations of the Massachusetts Supervisor of Public Records. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

I expect the request to be filled in an accessible format, including for screen readers, which provide text-to-speech for persons unable to read print. Files that are not accessible to screen readers include, for example, .pdf image files as well as physical documents.

I request that any fees be waived in the public interest since this is a media request, and the information requested will be made freely available via journalistic reportage to the public. In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
