Subject: Request for Index of All Fees
Dear Records Access Officer,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing in response to the fee notice I received regarding my recent application for public access to records pursuant to the Freedom of Information Law. I appreciate your prompt response and the information provided.
While I understand that the Sheriff's Office may charge photocopy fees and postage for copies of records, I would like to request an index of all applicable fees associated with my request. It would greatly assist me in understanding the charges and ensuring that I have paid the appropriate amount. Additionally, having a comprehensive breakdown of fees will enable me to review and verify the charges accordingly.
I have already submitted the required payment for the records, but I believe having an index of fees will enhance transparency and facilitate a smoother process. I kindly request that you provide the index of fees along with any relevant documentation or guidelines regarding the fee structure.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to receiving the requested information and continuing the process of accessing the records I have applied for. Should you require any further information or clarification, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Yours sincerely,
Jordan
