The City of Punta Gorda does not use procurement software to sign documents. I am uncertain how to interpret the remainder of your request. Are you also requesting all documents which are produced or published with special procurement software? The only specialized software our Procurement Division uses is Ion Wave, which is used to post bids online. Our Procurement Manager informed me if you are requesting all documents posted online through Ion Wave, extensive staff time will be required and incur significant costs will be incurred. We can provide an estimate of costs if that is what you are requesting. She also mentioned you could register as a vendor and view the bids that have been posted to Ion Wave online if you would rather review them on your own.
