Pursuant to the Government Records Access and Management Act, I hereby request the following records:
All current policies maintained by the department regarding use of force.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

63G-2-204. Record request -- Response -- Time for responding.
A person making a request for a record shall submit to the governmental entity that retains the record a written request containing:
email address, if the person has an email address and is willing to accept communications by email relating to the person's records request; and
daytime telephone number; and
a description of the record requested that identifies the record with reasonable specificity.
