From: Paxtyn Merten
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Government Records Access and Management Act, I hereby request the following records:
ยท A copy of the bid submitted in response to Amazon's request for proposals for the site of its second headquarters.
Now that Amazon has announced the locations of its second headquarters, there is no ongoing competition barring the proposal's release.
Please provide records on a rolling basis, and reach me at 617-299-1832 if you have any questions.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Paxtyn Merten

Hello,
I apologize that we did not respond to your previous request, your fax was received by a different department. Please note, we no longer have a fax machine in the Recorder's office. To ensure timely processing of your requests, please send future requests via email to recorder@provo.org<mailto:recorder@provo.org>.
Regarding your request, we did not respond directly to Amazon, but only to EDCUtah (Economic Development Corporation of Utah) and Utah Governor's Office of Economic Development who then submitted the collected information to Amazon. I've attached the letter that Provo City submitted. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Best,
