Attached are the requested documents agenda, minutes, and packet. The audio is too large of a file to be added on this email. I will try to attach it to another email. If it is unsuccessful, we will need to provide another form of sending you the requested file. You may also come into our office, City Hall, 507 W. O'Reilly St., Presidio, Texas, to request a hard copy of the recording, I may send it through a drop box or pay for the USB and shipping to have it shipped to you.
All documents have been signed and certified by the City Council for line item 7a are in the packet part 2.

Hello,
Regarding the fee for you "services," could you please provide the statutory authority for levying this fee?
Section 551.022 of the Government Code mandates that recording of minutes be available to the public on request. I believe it is impermissible for a government official to levy a fee for a "service" that is actually an obligation under state law. As previously stated, I am willing to pay the direct cost of the storage media and postage.
Should you disagree but are unable to provide the legal basis for the fee, the next step would be to escalate this to the Texas Attorney General's Office.
