Employee listing (Poughkeepsie City School District)

Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

A listing of every officer and/or employee of the agency, including name, office address, title and salary.

Per NEW YORK PUBLIC OFFICERS LAW, ARTICLE 6, Section 87(3)(b):

"Each agency shall maintain:
[....]
(b) a record setting forth the name, public office address, title and salary of every officer or employee of the agency."

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Apologies for the delay in responding. Respectfully, this request is sufficiently detailed for your agency to proceed with fulfilling it.

Again, this FOIL request seeks: "A listing of every officer and/or employee of the agency, including name, office address, title and salary." Per NEW YORK PUBLIC OFFICERS LAW, ARTICLE 6, Section 87(3)(b), each public agency within the state of New York is required to maintain such a listing.

Please advise whether your agency will proceed with processing this request as required by the FOIL.
