From: Portland Police Department

The City of Portland has received an extremely high volume of FOAA requests
in the last 17 months. We do not have a full-time staff member handling
them. I have begun the work related to your request.

The City can not provide this information free charge. The cost is
$15.00 per hour after the first hour (which we have already surpassed).
Please let me know if you want the department to continue this work.

I agree that $15/hr is reasonable. Please provide an invoice for how much this will cost.
